At InnerPersona, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services, including personality assessments, detailed reports, certificates, and career insights.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Digital Product Policy

  • All personality test reports, certificates, and insights are delivered digitally.
  • Once a report has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered “used” and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Product or Service:
    If you do not receive the purchased digital product (e.g., personality report, certificate) due to technical errors on our part, payment gateway failures, or other verified issues.

In such cases, you must contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. We will investigate the issue, and if verified, a full refund will be processed.

3. Non-Eligible Cases for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with the personality test results or insights (subjective experience).
  • Failure to check your email inbox/spam folder for the product delivery.
  • Technical issues arising from your device, email server, or internet connection.
  • Providing incorrect information during the purchase process (wrong email address, etc.).
