6. Refunds and Cancellations
As our products are digital in nature:

Once a report, personality type, or certificate has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered “used” and non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where the reports are not delivered.

7. Account Creation (Future Considerations)
Currently, use of the Website does not require account creation.
